Visitors to Achievement House need to be aware of continuing roadworks in Wilson St between January and May, 2024.
Camex Civil, on behalf of the Waipa District Council, are extending the shared walking and cycling path alone Wilson St, where we are located.

How will it affect you?
Traffic flow
Traffic management will be in place because of a partial lane closure.
While two-way traffic along Wilson St will continue over time, there will be periods when traffic will be one-way only and you might be delayed. Please look for signage.
Street parking
The contractors have asked visitors to avoid parking on the side of the road when traffic management is in place.
Access to our entrance
You may find access to our entrance restricted on some days, and we suggest you use the James St entrance to our building.
Care needed
In their letter to Wilson St users and residents, Camex Civil say: “As these will be active construction sites, we ask you to please be careful when moving through the area. Staff will be on-site to assist you if required.
“We understand that construction works can be noisy — we will do our best to minimise disruption and strive to
complete works as efficiently as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.”
